FACILITIES
miraGLOBALcheck operates in a secured environment with entry controlled valid, authorised key card access.
All paper documents are either stored in a secure offsite facility or if not deemed necessary for retentions are placed in locked containers for document destruction. Shredding machines have been placed throughout the company for instant destruction without any possibility of retrieval.
 
INFORMATION SYSTEM
miraGLOBALcheck insists on highly secured systems to protect vital, confidential information and to eliminate unauthorised access.
Passwords are require to be changed every 30 days for statutory reasons and to ensure security. miraGLOBALcheck keeps strict control over passwords settings. Security log reviews are regularly undertaken to catch any attempts at unauthorised access. To maximize security, multiple security checkpoints are built into the system throughout the flow of information.
 
EMPLOYEES
miraGLOBALcheck confidentiality policy defines all client and applicant information as confidential and proprietary. In addition, all employees must pass a background check and must sign a Confidentiality Agreement as requirement of the hiring process.

AUTHORISATION
It is mandatory to provide authorization duly signed by the candidate to start the background screening process. This is required to ensure that there is no breach of privacy. In the event of respective candidate’s authorization, not being provided to miraGLOBALcheck by the client, miraGLOBALcheck would presume that client has obtained such authorization and clients take full responsibility for any breach of privacy regulation.
 
CONTRACTUAL FORMALIITES
Based on the acceptance of the proposal, a Service Agreement will have to be signed between us. the template of the same will be forwarded to you on receiving your confirmation.
